Momma and I really apologize for not posting blogs as often as before. We are so busy....with friends from Tobermory and new friends from Windsor that the time is just flying by. But we will really try to post more often.
Uh oh.....look what happened to my frisbee?????
We went to Petco to buy a new frisbee and look what we saw!!!! How did they get that picture of me?????
My new frisbee is made from a much harder material, and it took me a while to get used to it. I actually caught this one...my long neck sure helped.
All around Green Valley are thousands and thousands of acres of pecan trees owned by the Green Valley Pecan Company. There are irrigation ditches that carry water to each row of trees. I'm not sure where the water comes from since it hasn't rained here in 20 days....every morning it is sunny and beautiful. The weather is amazing....
No one has a lawn, just different coloured rocks. I have really gotten used to doing "my business" on stones instead of grass.
Lots of cactus.....
We are on a side street off this road with LOTS of saguaro cactus.
But at our house we don't have any cactus!!! This is the view from our backyard. The golf course has the most beautiful green grass...but I'm not allowed to walk on it.
This is the view from the front yard. There are mountains to the east all the way down to Mexico.
That is some big cow!!!
I am learning something new. Dad rides his bike and I am supposed to run along on the left side and not cross over in front. But there are lots of little rabbits around here....Luckily, I haven't seen any while running with the bike. At least not yet....stay tuned!

Such a beautiful area of the country! Great place to visit but give me green trees and grass to live near! I hope those other rude dogs leave Mattie's new Frisbee alone!! Enjoy your time there and visiting with you old and new friends! I just got home from visiting my sister-in-law & brother-in-law in Myrtle Beach. It was cool and rainy some days but others were nice and I got to see a LOT of old friends from St Joe's Hospital in Syracuse while I was there (Including my room-mate and 2 other classmates from Nursing School)!! It was FUN!!
