For several days we have been surrounded by high walls of rocks as we travel northeast through Utah. The rock formations are amazing.....These pictures were on our way to Zion National Park and while driving through the park.
Getting there....forget cell coverage!
The name Zion means "place of refuge", given by early Mormon pioneers.
The cliff and canyon landscape is truly spectacular.
Momma and dad must have said,"Wow," at least a hundred times!
This tunnel is 1.1 miles long.
The cliffs were different on the other side of the tunnel.
Out of the park....
Which one is different???
Next stop----- Bryce Canyon National Park....
